Job description:
In Person; Must have NYS License
What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments that highlight each child’s strengths and needs
Develop and adjust data-driven ABA treatment plans
Provide parent training that supports lasting progress
Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
Collaborate with families, educators, and related providers
Maintain clear, accurate documentation
Who You Are:
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
Experienced with autism and developmental disabilities
Skilled at collaborating with families and teams
Organized, dependable, and outcome-driven
A strong communicator who leads with compassion
