Compensation:
Base Salary (DOE)
Level 1 (0–3 years): $85,000–$95,000+
Level 2 (3–5 years): $88,000–$98,000+
Level 3 (5+ years): $90,000–$100,000+
Plus:

Flexibility & Support:
Flexible Scheduling: Opening and closing duties are not required. BCBAs are not expected to be onsite from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day and have flexibility in managing their schedules while meeting client and team needs.
Weekly employee training, collaboration meetings, and ongoing learning from the supervisory team and Director
Modern technology including CentralReach, TheraNest, Connect Teams, and ADP to streamline documentation, scheduling, communication, and payroll.
Position Qualifications:
Licensed BCBA with a passion for working with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.
Candidates should have a deep appreciation for trauma-informed care and a commitment to the least aversive methods of behavior shaping.
Candidates should be interested in working in a collaborative environment, open to learning, and motivated to contribute to an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for patients, particularly children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Provide training and support to RBTs regarding behavioral health strategies.
Other duties as assigned by ABA Director.
