Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to conduct thorough behavioral assessments, create individualized treatment plans in addition to supporting and supervising the behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a at least 2 years of experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care within a supportive team environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives through evidence-based interventions and personalized care plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, functional assessments)
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Analyze data and make treatment modifications based on client progress
Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaboration meetings
Complete clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed
Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD and developmental disabilities
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for in-home services)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
