This Georgia-based practice is the foundation for future expansion into North Carolina, and we are seeking a BCBA who is excited about helping shape a company from the ground up while growing into a long-term leadership opportunity.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis during the startup phase of the company. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build clinical systems and culture within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure services remain compliant with payer and ethical standards.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Analyze client progress and modify programming as needed
Ensure services remain medically necessary and data-driven
RBT Supervision
Supervise and support RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
Conduct direct observations and competency-based feedback
Ensure supervision documentation is completed accurately and timely
Support staff training and clinical growth
Documentation & Compliance
Complete treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports within required timelines
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure services comply with BACB ethics standards and payer requirements
Assist with maintaining clinical quality and compliance systems
Collaboration
Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers
Participate in team meetings and case reviews
Support a collaborative and positive company culture
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Eligible for or currently licensed in Georgia
Experience with in-home and/or school-based ABA services preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a startup environment
Experience with insurance-based ABA services preferred
Compensation
Contract Position
$75–$80/hour for billable hours
Monthly administrative stipend included
