About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to work with children and young adults across clinic, school, and community-based settings. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plansConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and utilize data-driven decision makingMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededTrain, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and support staffCollaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in staff trainings, clinical meetings, and program developmentMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirementsSupport parent training and family engagement initiatives
Administrative & Leadership Duties
Supervise and evaluate behavioral therapy staff performanceProvide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional developmentAssist with clinical oversight and program coordination in school settingsEnsure staff compliance with organizational policies and proceduresCollaborate with leadership on clinical processes and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Active BCBA or BCaBA license in the State of WisconsinValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a caregiver background check
