About Us: Where Science Meets Soul
At Seven Dimensions Behavioral Health (7D), we don’t just practice ABA; we live by the dimensions that define it. Our name isn't just a nod to the 1968 Baer, Wolf, and Risley seminal paper—it’s our operational blueprint. We are a clinician-led organization dedicated to #PeopleOverProfit, focusing on quality over quantity and assent-based, trauma-assumed care.
We believe in Evolution and Innovation. That’s why we’ve built a culture rooted in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), ensuring our staff’s growth is as data-driven and reinforced as our clients' progress.
The 7D BCBA Experience
As a BCBA at 7D, you aren't just a "supervisor"—you are a clinical architect. You will lead a small, manageable caseload to ensure every intervention is Technological enough for a stranger to follow and Effective enough to change a life.
Key Responsibilities:
Applied Excellence: Select and design interventions for socially significant behaviors that prioritize the client’s voice and long-term independence.
Analytic Leadership: Utilize data-driven decision-making to demonstrate functional relationships between interventions and outcomes.
Conceptually Systematic Mentorship: Supervise and mentor RBTs using the principles of behavior analysis, providing 10–20% supervision (well above the industry standard).
Generality-Focused Care: Collaborate with families and schools to ensure skills transfer across environments and endure over time.
Collaborative Innovation: Use OBM-based performance diagnostic tools to solve systems-level barriers rather than focusing on individual "underperformance."
What Sets Us Apart
Objective Career Pipeline: Our promotion and raise structure is 100% objective and published. Your advancement is controlled by your performance and competencies, not favoritism.
Small Caseloads: We prioritize clinical integrity over billable hour saturation.
Assent-Based Practice: We prioritize the learner’s "yes," utilizing a trauma-assumed lens in all clinical programming.
Extensive Onboarding: We offer the most robust training program in Colorado, including QBS Advanced Safety Care Certification.
Professional Evolution: Free CE opportunities and an annual stipend for certifications.
