The Role
SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.
What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plansImplement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environmentsPartner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategiesFacilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings
You're a Great Fit If You Have
Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACBRequired: Michigan state licensureRequired: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldStrong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teachingPassion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practiceEarly childhood development expertise
