Qualifications & Background:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Proven experience as an ABA Therapist working in educational or pediatric environments
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and best practices
Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans
Excellent communication skills to work with students, teachers, and families
Experience with IEP development is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy services to students as outlined in their individual plans
Perform functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive decision-making
Collaborate with school personnel to implement evidence-based interventions
Lead or contribute to team meetings, offering behavioral expertise and recommendations
