Make an impact supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an onsite, contract position. This full-time opportunity spans the academic year, working across two elementary schools. Qualifications and Experience:
Current, active BCBA certification required
Must provide a copy of a valid CDE license or COOL with resume (applications without this documentation will not be considered)
Previous experience working within a school setting or with elementary-age children is strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Capability to train and support school staff in behavior intervention practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth functional behavior assessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster consistency and student success
Offer direct support and consultation, ensuring all interventions are data-driven and evidence-based
Monitor and track progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet student goals
Provide professional development and training sessions to staff members
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
