Children's Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. (CTSC) is a well-respected, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic (ST, OT, PT, ABA) located in Northglenn, CO. We provide both outpatient clinic services and in-home Early Intervention therapy.

We are currently seeking an experienced Pediatric BCBA to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities
· Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments.
· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
· Provide direct therapy and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
· Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and track progress.
· Deliver family-centered care by coaching parents/caregivers on ABA strategies.
· Target developmental, behavioral, and adaptive living skills, including communication, social interaction, self-care, and school readiness.
· Collaborate with CTSC’s multidisciplinary team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as pediatricians and educators.
· Participate in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) and IEP meetings as applicable.
· Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress.
· Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs and newer staff.
· Stay current with ABA research and best practices in pediatric therapy.
Professional Requirements
· Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
· Licensed (or eligible) as a Behavior Analyst in Colorado.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pediatric BCBA preferred.
· Experience with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or naturalistic teaching interventions preferred.
· Previous leadership/supervision experience strongly preferred.
· CPR and First Aid Certification (required by start date).
· Colorado Medicaid Approved Provider (preferred, not required).
Qualifications and Skills
· Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and clinical judgment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging children, families, and professionals.
· Team-oriented, collaborative, and enthusiastic about a multidisciplinary approach.
· Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, play-based environment.
· Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements
· Frequent engagement with children ages birth to 18, including those with behavioral challenges.
· Requires active participation in therapy, including sitting on the floor, modeling play, and implementing behavior interventions.
· Frequent bending, lifting, squatting, and moving to remain at a child’s level.
· Must be able to manage occasional physically demanding behavioral situations safely.
· Occasional travel between office and home settings.
· Adherence to infection control measures to reduce exposure to illness.

· Potential exposure to common food allergens (e.g., peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat) within clinic and home settings.
· Employees must follow strict hand hygiene and infection control protocols.
· Possible exposure to pet dander or environmental allergens in home-based settings.
· Contact with therapy materials (e.g., play dough, foam, latex, cleaning products) that may trigger allergic reactions.
· Staff must be aware of individual patient allergies and follow strict hygiene protocols.
