Desired Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to school-aged children
Knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Collaborative, team-oriented approach when working with educators, staff, and families
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
State licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as required for BCBAs
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention strategies
Create, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide consultation and training to staff and parents, supporting them in effective behavioral strategies
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform progress and refine interventions
Ensure compliance with special education regulations and ethical best practices
Participate in IEP meetings as the behavioral subject matter expert
