You will work with our handpicked RBTs to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansImplement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principlesProvide training and support to caregivers and other professionalsCollect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
