As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll provide clinical leadership while helping children develop the communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills needed for lifelong success.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.Oversee the implementation of ABA programs and provide clinical direction to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment modifications to ensure meaningful progress.Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to direct-care staff.Train and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.Conduct caregiver training and support families in implementing ABA strategies.Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and payer requirements.Maintain a high standard of clinical quality and client-centered care.What we require from you:
