Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Colorado
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials
Demonstrated experience working within school settings, particularly K-12
Strong background in supporting autism and behavior intervention programs
Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Ability to collaborate with diverse school teams and educators
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across multiple schools, focusing on K-12 populations
Collaborate with building staff and program teams to strengthen intervention and support for students with behavioral and autism-specific needs
Conduct FBAs and develop, monitor, and adjust BIPs to ensure effective student support
Supervise, mentor, and offer ongoing training to two onsite RBTs
Serve as a behavior resource, guiding staff and faculty in implementing best practices
Ensure onsite presence throughout the contract duration (August 5, 2026 May 26, 2027)
