Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current BCBA certification required
Proven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in school or pediatric settings
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to develop individualized behavioral interventions and monitor progress
Experience training or supervising RBTs or ABA Therapists is a plus
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
Implement and oversee ABA interventions in collaboration with school staff and families
Collect, analyze, and report on data to measure student progress and adapt strategies as needed
Provide staff training and guidance on behavior management techniques
Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports and contribute to IEP meetings when appropriate
