Instead, youll empower school staff, conduct vital Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide essential supervision for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Experience and Qualifications:
Current, active CO BCBA license required
CDE credential must be on hand
BCBA certification
Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
Knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, and best practices in behavioral programming
Leadership abilities to mentor and supervise RBTs
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Willingness and availability to work onsite throughout the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
Mentor and support building staff across district campuses
