Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Experience working in school settings preferred
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
Strong communication and documentation skills
Flexibility to work with both elementary and secondary school caseloads
Eligibility for, or willingness to obtain, the NM RLD License
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data
Collaborate regularly with educators, school psychologists, and related service providers
Deliver staff training and parent education workshops as needed
Monitor students progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
