Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Michigan (Macomb, Saginaw, St. Clair; multiple centers)
Compensation and benefits
Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 (BCBA), commensurate with experience.
Bonus: Monthly bonus structure; billable-hour bonus. Average monthly bonus $600.

Role overview
As a BCBA at Autism Systems, you’ll deliver assent-based ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings, collaborating with small, connected teams to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.
Key responsibilities
Lead the case from assessment to ongoing care, including FBA/FA and developmental assessments.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs; make data-driven program changes.
Supervise, coach, and provide competency-based training and feedback to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
Monitor clinical quality and documentation standards; maintain timely notes and reports.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and CEU/learning sessions; contribute to practice improvements.
Qualifications — required
Active BCBA certification and current Michigan LBA (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field meeting BACB requirements.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for multi-site/community work.
Ability to meet the role’s physical and environmental demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and time management.
Successful completion of background check in accordance with applicable law.
Qualifications — preferred
1+ year post-certification experience in pediatric autism services.
Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and implementing caregiver training.
Familiarity with assent-based, trauma-informed ABA and collaboration across settings.
Work schedule and locations
Full-time or part-time; flexible scheduling within clinic hours; in-person role.

Carry a balanced caseload with timely initial assessments and treatment plan submissions.
Establish a consistent supervision cadence and training goals for your team.
Achieve documentation timeliness and quality benchmarks; demonstrate measurable client progress.
