Compensation Package: from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. *Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s, supervision of assigned trainees, and your position.

Your Role
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

Requirements
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
Master's Degree is required
