We’re hiring a BCBA to support clients across Arvada, Westminster, and north Denver. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed BCBA seeking flexible hours, meaningful remote flexibility, and the opportunity to build a practical local caseload over time.

Compensation
$60–$81/hour depending on experience, availability, and caseload fit
Performance and retention bonus opportunities available based on fit, caseload, and ongoing role success
What You’ll Do
Oversee care for assigned clients in the west / northwest Denver area
Supervise and support RBTs
Review client progress and treatment programming
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed
Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Prior BCBA or supervision experience preferred
Ability to travel within the west / northwest Denver metro area
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
