What you'll do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments to build individualized treatment plans
Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs using ongoing data analysis
Train and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality, consistent implementation
Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers for carryover across settings
Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and HIPAA
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
What you'll bring:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Current state licensure (or eligibility) where applicable
Experience serving children with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong grounding in ABA principles, assessment, and data-driven decision-making
A collaborative, family-centered approach and clear communication with diverse audiences
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
