Duties
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA methodologies tailored to each client’s goals.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize outcomes.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing clinical reviews to support client development.
Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and maintaining detailed medical records.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
Ability to perform patient assessments and deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,767.70 per year
