Compensation Base Salary (DOE):
Level 1 (0–3 years post-certification): $85,000–$95,000+
Level 2 (3–5 years): $88,000–$98,000+
Level 3 (5+ years): $90,000–$100,000+
Plus:
Performance-based bonus opportunities ($5,000–$15,000/year, no cap!)
$5,000 sign-on bonus

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes
Train and support RBTs on behavioral health strategies

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
