Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilitiesDeveloping and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansProviding one-on-one therapy and family supportSupervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality careCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutionsMaintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
What You Bring

BCaBA CertificationBachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, students pursuing their masters degree in ABA are highly encourage to apply.Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesStrong clinical and interpersonal communication skillsEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered careReliable transportationActive CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
