Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Winston Salem, North Carolina

We are currently seeking a motivated and collaborative Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support our clinical team and provide high-quality ABA services to clients and families.
As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to assist with treatment implementation, behavior reduction strategies, skill acquisition programming, and ongoing client support. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of children and enjoys working closely with families and clinical staff.
Position Overview
The BCaBA will assist in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services by supporting treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing data, and helping ensure quality care across assigned cases. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while growing professionally within a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a highly qualified BCBA, the BCaBA will:
Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessmentsConduct skills and behavior assessments, including FBAs and preference assessmentsTrain and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support effective treatment implementationProvide parent training and occasional direct therapy services as neededAnalyze clinical data to evaluate progress and recommend treatment adjustmentsCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client successMaintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standardsStay informed on current research and evidence-based practices within behavior analysis
Qualifications & Skills
Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clinical teams and familiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilitiesCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanorKnowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methodsAbility to adapt interventions based on client needs and BCBA direction
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferredActive BCaBA certification requiredNorth Carolina LBA or eligibility preferredReliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
