New Behavioral Network is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide in-home ABA services to a child in Pine Hill, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a motivated BCaBA who enjoys hands-on clinical work and meaningful collaboration with families.
Position Details:
Location: In-home services in Pine Hill, NJ
Schedule: Consistent weekly hours with flexible scheduling, after school hours
Setting: One-to-one in-home ABA services
Supervision: Ongoing support and collaboration with a BCBA
Responsibilities:
Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide direct ABA therapy and assist with program modification
Collect, analyze, and review data
Support and collaborate with caregivers
Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA
Requirements:
Active BCaBA certification (required)
Must have or be in the process of getting LaBA in the State of New Jersey
Experience providing ABA services to children preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate, ethical, and family-centered approach
