Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment and care, along with a commitment to improving the lives of our clients through effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide training and support to staff regarding best practices in working with individuals with autism.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Experience
Proven experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with autism or related disorders.
Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and patient care strategies.
Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Experience in research data collection and analysis is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
