What would you be doing?
You Will Be Integral To Ensuring The Highest Possible Treatment Outcomes For Families Affected By Autism. As a Member Of The Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, The BCaBA Manages Individualized Behavior Programming Under The Supervision Of a BCBA, Including
Supervising implementation of treatment plansDeveloping individualized goals/objectivesIndividualizing client treatment plans/curriculaManaging RBTs

What do you bring to the role?
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACBMinimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting
