What You'll Do
Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseloadProvide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinicSupport implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBACollect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistencyAssist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentationCollaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team membersMaintain timely and compliant documentationSupport a consistent and structured clinical environmentWhat This Role Is and Is Not
A hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTsA support role working closely with BCBAs and leadershipFlexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needsAn opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desiredQualifications
BCaBA certification requiredOhio certification requiredBachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldExperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disordersStrong understanding of ABA principlesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a clinical teamCompensation & Benefits
