Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Denver & Aurora, CO
Our ABA agency is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings throughout Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas.
Pay: $26–$36 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available; schedules vary
Start Date: Immediate
Requirements:
Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Previous experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician
Current or previously active RBT certification accepted
Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism
Ability to work professionally with BCBAs, families, and school staff
Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in home and school environments
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy
Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session and behavioral data
Support communication, social, learning, and independent living skills
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams
