A Leap Beyond Autism Services (ALBA) is hiring motivated individuals to join our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Track. This is a structured, entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who want to enter the field and become certified RBTs.
You will complete a 40-hour training program, hands-on learning, and a competency process before working independently with clients.
What You’ll Do
Complete the required 40-hour RBT training program
Participate in structured onboarding and orientation
Engage in supervised, hands-on training sessions
Learn:
Behavior reduction strategies
Skill acquisition programs
Data collection methods
Professional documentation (SOAP notes)
Prepare for the RBT certification exam
What We’re Looking For
No ABA experience required
Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn
Strong communication and professionalism
Willingness to complete required training before working with clients
Important Notes
This is a training/pre-certification role
Training may be non-billable or stipend-based
You cannot work independently until certification and competency are complete
