Technicians work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in patients' homes and community settings. You don’t need to be certified today - we’ll train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®). This is a part-time W2 role with strong compensation and the potential to transition to full-time employment.

Behavior Technicians will be guided to become Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT®). You work with children and adolescents up to age 21 to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, daycares or other locations selected by parents. RBTs work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to follow treatment plans for their client in accordance with the family's goals and wishes.
This is a part-time W-2 position with a competitive wage, and the support of a great team.

Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or enrolled in a programOne year experience working with childrenReliable, punctual and organizedExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethicNo sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if anyNo Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programsThis is a part-time W-2 position with a deliverable-based compensation.
