Kindspire Education is hiring a Behavior Technician to support students in the Bedford, NH area for the 2026–2027 school year. If you have experience working with children with behavioral or developmental needs, we'd love to hear from you!
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred, but NOT required. Qualified Behavior Technicians with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $30–32 per hour
Position Details
Full-time, school-based position
2026–2027 school year
Monday–Friday school schedule

Supportive school environment with ongoing collaboration
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of school staff and BCBAs
Collect and document behavioral data accurately
Assist students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to support student success
Qualifications
RBT certification preferred, but not required
Previous experience working with children in a school, clinic, or behavioral setting preferred
Experience supporting students with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
High school diploma required; additional education in psychology, education, or related field is a plus
