POSITION OVERVIEW
Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.
This role is a great fit for patient, energetic people looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
Build strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills
Requirements
Comfortable working in both a center and an in-home setting
Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays is a plus
Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes
