Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable behavior techs who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
Current Locations Available:
Weehawken - 10 year oldMon-Friday 3-7pm
Jersey City - 3 year old (Start in September)Mon, Tues, Thurs: 3:30–6:00 PMSat & Sun: 9:00–12:00 PM
This is a great opportunity for experienced Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians looking for consistent after-school and weekend hours.
Requirements:
High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)Reliable, patient, and professionalStrong communication and teamwork skills
