The responsibilities include supporting staff who work with students with educational difficulties, autism, and/or social emotional learning / behavioral difficulties, in self-contained classrooms and less restrictive settings, as well as general education students.
The successful candidate must have an active BCBA certification and their NJ License as a behavior analyst (or license pending), including experience providing consultation and professional development in-person within schools, completing FBAs and Behavior Plans; and experience preferred with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, & AFLS, providing staff training, modeling strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and using Excel Spreadsheets.
The BCBA should have experience participating in IEP meetings, be flexible to work with colleagues as part of a team, promote programming in the least restrictive environment, be extremely responsible and compassionate, and have strong report-writing skills.
Compensation is at least $90/hour. No benefits are provided. Equal opportunity employer.
