This exciting opportunity is a role designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and are accruing practicum hours. The Lead Case Supervisor role is intended to prepare an individual to be a successful BCBA upon completing their hours and passing their exam. The role will report to the Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) at the team member’s specific clinic.
The Behavior Analyst In Training / Lead Case Supervisor role will also be part of our new Apex Program! This role is designed for individuals who are within 6-9 months of testing to become a BCBA. This program is elevating how we develop and support our team members as they pursue a career as a BCBA. It includes enhanced programming for all of our practicum students, as well as building community with your peers across centers.
Highlights Of The Lead Case Supervisor Role
Base pay: $25.50 - $32.50/hour, with $2,000 signing bonus upon offer!Bonuses: $2,000 signing bonus, plus an additional $5,000 once you pass your BCBA examServe as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), learning and practicing the key skills to become a high-quality BCBA. This is a full-time, hourly position.The caseload and paid unrestricted hours may be higher, as you get closer to testing. Job Responsibilities
Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progressUpdate client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platformProvide direct supervision to a team of RBTsParticipate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillsetWrite Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)Training and coaching to be providedMeet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculumConduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum ChecklistReceive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinicBe a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and PsychologistsConduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABABe within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA ExamDemonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapistDemonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planningDemonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapyDesire to learn and grow and accept feedback
