Mosaic Therapeutic Services is a boutique ABA practice focused on compassionate, relationship-based care for neurodivergent children and their families. Our clinical approach emphasizes connection first, with a strong foundation in evidence-based ABA practices including PRT, NET, and child-led intervention strategies.
We are seeking a thoughtful, collaborative BCBA who values high-quality care, meaningful family relationships, and sustainable clinical practice.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plansProvide supervision and mentorship to RBTs using Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and supportive coaching practicesCollaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary professionalsSupport implementation of naturalistic, play-based, and developmentally appropriate intervention strategiesMonitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical judgmentMaintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant documentationParticipate in team collaboration, trainings, and ongoing clinical developmentContribute positively to a warm, inclusive, and supportive company cultureUphold BACB ethical standards and maintain high-quality clinical care.Requirements
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification in good standingExperience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs across home, school, and/or community settingsStrong experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), or similar naturalistic approaches preferredExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsCompassionate, flexible, and family-centered clinical styleActive NPI number (or willingness to obtain prior to start)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within assigned service areasBilingual candidates encouraged to applyJoin our team to help empower individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral solutions!Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
