👉 A Different Kind of Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role
At Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible through person-centered, community-based services. Our programs focus on real-life outcomes, consistency, and long-term progress.
This Behavior Analyst role is designed for clinicians who want to stay hands-on and clinically engaged, working directly with staff and individuals in day program settings rather than operating in a clinic-only environment.
You'll support behavior services across our adult day programs in Norwalk, Signal Hill, and Long Beach, helping teams implement effective strategies, strengthen consistency, and create meaningful progress over time.
