Role: Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in special education programs for Grades K-12.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical and educational interventions, train and mentor staff, develop and monitor behavior plans, ensure program compliance, and support student progress through evidence-based practices. Collaborate with teams, conduct assessments, oversee data collection, and support staff certification efforts.
Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field, BCBA certification (or in progress), experience with behavioral support, ABA, FBAs, BIPs, and working with children with diverse needs. Strong communication, crisis management, and data analysis skills are essential.
Key Duties: Lead staff training, evaluate program quality, support behavioral and academic outcomes, ensure compliance, and develop improvement strategies. Provide operational and behavioral guidance to multiple campuses to foster student success.
