Compensation
$100–$110 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care
Provide support and guidance to families
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and company standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Minimum 1 year BCBA experience
Strong clinical and communication skills
