We are seeking a BCBA to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the client Treatment Plan Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions and programs
Collect data for each goal/objective during each clinical session
Enter data sheets into company clinical software and bill appropriately
Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
Analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness
Supervise and train Behavior Therapists
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
Must have BCBA or LCSW
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
