What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior AssessmentsDevelop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior intervention plansSupervise RBTs and conduct monthly mentor meetingsCollaborate with caregivers to provide training and supportParticipate in monthly BCBA Forums to support quality clinical careComplete all required documentation in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMaster’s or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience developing and implementing behavior-analytic treatment programsValid driver’s licenseIf not located in SC must be 25 miles from the state border
