House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible part-time or full-time hourly work. The role offers a pay rate of $85–$105 per hour and a hybrid schedule combining remote and in-person sessions.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of ABA experience and be capable of managing a small caseload while supervising RBTs in schools and homes, with a strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and collaboration with families.
