We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties
• Develop and oversee personalized behavioral intervention plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
• Implement and supervise behavioral therapy sessions utilizing ABA techniques tailored to each individual's needs
• Collect, analyze, and document data on patient progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes
• Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing assessments in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical staff, and caregivers—to coordinate comprehensive care strategies
• Maintain accurate medical records, including detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment modifications
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery
Requirements
• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credentialing body
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
• Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures in behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation

Pay: $72,076.72 - $86,802.06 per year
