We’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team and help children with autism thrive through individualized, fun, and effective therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA programs
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and our interdisciplinary team (expanding into ST/OT)
- Maintain high standards of care, documentation, and compliance (Medicaid, BACB, HB 696)
- Promote a positive, supportive clinic culture rooted in care and positive reinforcement

Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- NC licensure (or eligible)
- Passion for compassionate, play-based ABA
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Background check and references
