We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change through evidence-based practices, data collection, and collaborative care. As a BCBA, you will serve as a key advocate for patient-centered care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health and special education settings.
Duties
Assess clients and write treatment plans
Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
Supervise technicians
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments and maximize treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies..
Experience
Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Experience in conducting patient assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
