We provide child-led, individualized ABA services in homes and community settings, with flexibility built into the role so you can work in a way that fits your life while still giving families the consistency they deserve.
As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. We keep systems organized and communication clear so you can focus on what matters most — clinical care that feels human and supportive.
What You'll Do
Complete FBAs and skills assessmentsDevelop and update individualized treatment plansReview data and adjust programming as neededDocument session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReachProvide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTsCollaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providersParticipate in team meetings and ongoing clinical developmentEnsure services meet ethical and payer standardsMaintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
What We're Looking For
