$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | $80–$120/hr | No Minimum Hours | Flexible Scheduling

About the Role:
KIDDOS ABA is expanding in Colorado and we are looking for a BCBA who wants total flexibility, strong compensation, and immediate case availability.
You choose your caseload — from a few hours weekly to full-time.

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Document according to Medicaid and commercial insurance standards
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible to practice in Colorado
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable, organized, and collaborative
