Advanta Autism, a BCBA-led, family-owned ABA provider serving metro Denver, is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Aurora, CO service area. This is an in-home and community-based role - you will deliver supervision and treatment in client homes across Aurora, with telehealth supervision available when clinically appropriate.

What We Offer

What you will do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide BACB-compliant clinical supervision to RBTs on your casesLead family training and support parent implementation of behavior plansTrack client progress with data and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain documentation that meets BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standardsCollaborate with our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, schools when relevant)
What we are looking for
Active BCBA certification (BACB) - requiredColorado ABA state license, or active application in progressMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldComfort working in client homes and via telehealthReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseNew BCBAs welcome to apply - we have strong mentorship from senior clinicians
